To earn points on your purchases, download the Wing It On! Mobile App or visit our online ordering site. Sign up for an account before you place an order. Points will be earned and logged in your account.

You can earn points on in-store purchases. Either scan your Loyalty QR code (found in the mobile app) or give your account email address to a Wing It On! team member at the point of sale.

We’ll send a push notification when a reward is unlocked. If you miss it, you can always log into the mobile app to check your message inbox or simply find your available rewards at mobile check out.

You can view and choose to redeem any applicable rewards online or the mobile app at the time of checkout.

You unlock a $3 “Wing Nut” reward after your first 500 loyalty points. You can cash in your 500 loyalty points to redeem the $3 reward at checkout or continue to accumulate loyalty points. If you accumulate 1000 loyalty points you unlock a new $8 “Duke of Dipping” reward. You can cash in 1000 loyalty points to redeem your $8 reward at checkout or keep earning more. Once you earn 2000 loyalty points you unlock a $20 “King of the Wing” reward.

Additional promotions and offers are sent throughout the year to reward members.

If you log into your account online or the WIO mobile app you will see your current loyalty point balance as well as any available rewards. Please allow up to 24 hours for recently earned loyalty points to show in your balance.

Yes! Loyalty points expire after 6 months. So, don’t hesitate to cash in those rewards often.

You’ll earn 10 pts for every dollar spent in store, online or on the Wing It On! mobile app when you log into your account to place an order.
